David gave the keynote at the 2008 International Conference on e-Business in Porto, Portugal.

Summary of Experience
For 30 years, David has been a project manager, designer, and implementor of e-Business and high performance work solutions for commercial firms, government agencies, and the military. He has assessed and redesigned numerous processes. He has also designed and developed numerous AI and workflow systems.

Publications, Patents, Affiliations
David helped start the groupware field, and holds one of its first patents: "A system for coordinating autonomous agents." He has published 24 papers and six books in the areas of e-Business, groupware, workflow, client/server, TQM, software engineering.
